Being a ready to move property completed in March 2024, it offeimmediate rental potential. The super built-up area of 894 Sq.ft to 1054 Sq.ft is standard for the configuration. Greenpro Constructions ( P ) Ltd has a reputation for timely delivery. The location in Chennai South is promising for appreciation. While the project itself is decent, the OC received status is not available, which is a point to note for future resale value or loans. However, the rental yield in this area is expected to be good due to its proximity to commercial hubs and metro connectivity.
