    We chose Easwari Residency primarily because of its unbeatable location for our kids. Kairos Global School is literally next door, and Continental Hospitals is also at the same distance. This convenience for school drop-offs and potential emergencies is invaluable. The project by Swaraj Homes Buildeis ready to move, which allowed us to see the actual flat and not just a sample. Having OC received was also a major factor in our decision-making process. We are looking at a 2 BHK, and the layout seems practical for our family. The nearby Peddamma Gudi Metro Station is about 6 kilometeaway, which is acceptable for occasional travel. The only slight drawback we observed is the traffic congestion in Manikonda during peak hou, but that's typical for a busy area like this. The overall feel of the community seems good.
