We just moved into our 2 BHK at Eastwood in Santoshpur. Being ready to move was a huge advantage for us as we didn't want to wait. The 780 square feet size feels spacious enough for us right now. It's great that Narayana Hospital is nearby, which gives us peace of mind. Also, the INDUS VALLEY WORLD SCHOOL being so close is convenient if we decide to have kids soon. Aashiana Realty seems to have built a solid property. The only slight issue is that Purbalok Main Road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable.
