The plot sizes are decent, ranging from 150 Sq.yd. To 323 Sq.yd. We chose a 250 Sq.yd. Plot which cost us around 70 Lakhs. Orange Green Living has included a children's play area, which the kids are already excited about. The 24x7 water supply and solid waste management are practical amenities. The only thing is that the L. B. Nagar Metro station is quite far at nearby, so daily public transport might be a bit of a challenge for longer distances.
