    We were looking for a ready to move flat and East Amrit Tower 1 fit the bill. The location in Jagacha, Sapuipara is decent, and it’s good that it's close to the Kona Expressway for our commutes. East India Realty delivered it by March 2021, which is great. We liked the closed car parking facility. However, the traffic on the way to the main city can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a slight concern for us. We are still settling in but so far, it's been okay for our needs.
