I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Earthcon Casa Grande. The super built-up area is around 875 sq.ft, which is quite decent for the price of 58.74 Lakhs. Being an accountant, I did my due diligence on the developer, Earthcon Univeal Infratech Pvt Ltd, and found their past record generally acceptable. The project is located in CHI 5, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida, and it was ready to move in from January 2010, which is a long time ago. One thing that concerns me is the lack of OC received information, which is unusual for a project completed so long back. However, the proximity to Mahamaya Flyway is a definite plus for connectivity. The earthquake resistant RCC frame structure is also a reassuring feature.

The price point of around 1.44 Crore is definitely on the higher side, but the amenities like the clubhouse in 20,000 sq.ft, gymnasium, and swimming pool were very appealing. My husband liked the idea of home automation features. The location on Yamuna Expressway is good, and it's well connected to the Mahamaya Flyway. My only slight worry is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's quite close to the main road. We hope the 24x7 security and water supply will make up for it. Earthcon Univeal Infratech Pvt Ltd seems to have packed a lot into this project.
