I purchased a villa in Earth2 Sky Natures Paradise primarily for its strategic location. Being close to Pathardi Phata and Indira Nagar makes commuting easy. Access to NH-3 and the express way within nearby is a major plus for my business travels. The upcoming Ring Road at just 200 meteis also promising for future connectivity. I opted for a larger unit, around 1550 sq.ft, which cost me about 53.15 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which was a priority for me. Earth2Sky Realtohave completed the construction by January 2024. However, the dust and traffic noise from the nearby main roads can be a bit much during peak hou, which is a downside to consider for peaceful living.

My only reservation is that the OC received status is not available, which is a standard requirement for banks and might pose a slight challenge for loan processing, though the project is complete.
