    We were renting a small place and finally decided to upgrade to our own home. We chose a 2 BHK in Earth Icon II, around 1050 square feet built up. The price was within our budget, about 28 Lakhs. It’s ready to move, so we could shift in immediately. My wife liked the manicured garden and the overall peaceful surroundings. Being close to schools is also a big help. The developer, Earth Group, has included a gymnasium and lift, which are essential amenities for us. Parking is closed car parking, which is secure. We are happy with the purchase.

    We purchased a 2 BHK in Earth Icon II about a year ago. The construction is ready and the apartment is quite spacious, ouis 950 square feet built up. It’s peaceful here with good landscaping. The developer, Earth Group, also included a rainwater harvesting system which is good for the environment. We are close to Crystal International Public School, which is convenient for grandchildren visits. The only small issue is that the SP Ring Road can get quite busy during peak hou, making access a bit tricky sometimes. Overall, it is a good place for retirement.
