I am buying this apartment for my parents who live in Nagpur. Earth Heights seemed like a good option because it is ready to move and was completed in September 2018. My parents value security, so the 24x7 security and intercom system were important factoI chose a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 1101 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. The location in Manewada, New Manish Nagar is familiar to them. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice amenities for them to use. I appreciate the clear carpet area specifications provided by Earth Infra.

We looked at a 3 BHK which had a carpet area between 1333 and 1336 square feet, that is quite spacious for us. The location on Manewada, New Manish Nagar is convenient for daily needs. Although the project was completed in September 2018, it still feels quite new. The 24x7 security and water supply are definite plus points for a family.
