This is my fit home purchase, and I picked a 2 BHK flat in Earth Height II. The super built up area is 421 sq.ft. The location in Manewada, near New Manish Nagar, is quite decent for Nagpur. It's close to Wardha Road, which is nearby. The developer, Earth Infra, handed over the project by March 2021, and it was ready for possession. I liked that they have implemented rainwater harvesting and water conservation measures. The flat is compact but functional for a new couple. The overall construction quality looks solid from what I have seen so far.
