The 4 BHK villas have a good plot area, around 3358 square feet, which is quite spacious for our family. It's ready to move which was a big factor for us. The location in Hosahalli Village is peaceful. My only concern is the distance to Delhi Public School Bangalore North, which is nearby. We might need to arrange transport. The clubhouse looks nice though and the kids are excited about it. Overall, it feels like a good place for a family to settle down. The price range is a bit high, but the space makes up for it.
