We finally decided to upgrade from our rental place and purchased a 3 BHK at Earth Casa Central. The built-up area of 1500 square feet is a significant improvement for us. We paid around 75 Lakh. The location in Subhanpura is decent, close to Baroda High School which is great for the kids. The Earth Group project offegood amenities like a swimming pool and a cycling track, which we use often. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. One small issue is that the area around Vadiwadi can get congested during school pickup and drop-off times. The 100% power backup is definitely a plus point during monsoon season. We are happy with the switch.

The main issue we've noticed is parking; it can get a bit crowded if you have guests over. Otherwise, the cycling track and landscaping are nice touches for a relaxed evening stroll.
