EAPL SSM Residency in Satynagar Colony, Kothapet seemed like a good option, especially since it's nearby. I considered a 3 BHK, around 1400 square feet, but decided on a 2 BHK at 1107 square feet to keep costs down. The budget of around 42.07 Lakh was manageable.
