I got a 3 BHK flat around 1600 Sq.ft for about 65 Lakh. It's ready to move, which was essential given my immediate start date. The cycling and jogging track is a great amenity for staying active. The only minor issue is the traffic on Hosur Main Road during peak houcan be quite heavy. However, the proximity to work and the overall quality of the EAPL Group project outweigh this concern for me.
