The developer, Castle Develope, seems to have picked a good spot in Murugeshpalya. We haven't received the completion certificate yet, so we are waiting patiently. The overall infrastructure around the area is developing, which is a positive sign for future appreciation. Parking might become an issue once more residents move in, as the space seems a bit limited. However, the access to Cloudnine Hospital is a big plus for emergencies.
