The proximity to Victor Hospital, nearby, was a significant factor for peace of mind. Also, being so close to The King's School means any visiting grandchildren will have easy access. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments is noticeable sometimes, which is a bit botheome. The main road access is good, being near the Edapally-Panvel Highway. Dyna Developehave delivered a functional living space.
