The budget of 38.0 Lakh onwards was quite competitive for the Ahmedabad market. The project is ready to move and scheduled for completion by June 2024, which is excellent. Dwarkesh Developeincluded essential amenities like lifts and 24x7 security. My main reason for choosing this project was its proximity to basic facilities; having United public School and Health1 Super Speciality Hospital so close is a major plus. The connectivity via Adinath Road and Sardar Patel Ring Road is also a good factor for daily movement.
