The flat I purchased is 608 square feet, which is on the smaller side but was priced attractively at just over 28 Lakh. The project was completed in 2014, and it is ready for occupancy. DVA Develope& Promoteprovided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and car parking. The nearby bus stands like Gouripur 30B & 45 are nearby, which is manageable. My main concern is the dust and noise from the surrounding areas, especially during the day. But for the price and location, it seems like a decent buy for rental purposes.

    We moved into DVA Ixora about six months ago. The location near Julien Day School was a major draw for us, it's literally a one-minute walk which saves so much hassle in the mornings. We got a 3 BHK which is spacious, around 1200 square feet, giving the kids enough room to play. The children's play area is also quite good. The swimming pool is a nice addition for weekends. My only small complaint is that the traffic on Jessore Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, making it a bit noisy sometimes. Otherwise, the amenities like 24X7 water supply are reliable.
