    We are upgrading from our rented place and chose a 3 BHK in Durvankar Heights. The carpet area ranges from 565 sq.ft to 773 sq.ft, so we got the larger one for more space. Living in Deolali Gaon, Adke Nagar is nice because it's quieter than the main city. Jay Amrutbhai Sanghani seems to be a reliable developer. We liked the idea of landscaping and tree planting, and also the rain water harvesting system. The only concern is the construction dust around the site currently, but that's normal for under construction projects. Water supply is 24x7 which is a relief.
