The construction was completed in 2014, and it's ready to move in. The location is Upper Bazar, which is well-connected. Ranchi Junction Railway Station is just 5 kilometeaway, which is very convenient for travel. The super builtup area is 960 square feet. Durga DevelopePvt Ltd seems to be a reputable builder. The availability of internal roads and footpaths makes the complex pleasant to walk around. The only slight drawback is the lack of immediate clarity on the Occupancy Certificate, which I am looking into.

The complex has a badminton court and a community hall, which are good facilities. One aspect we are still evaluating is the parking situation, which seems a bit tight during evenings when most residents are home. Nevertheless, it's a solid property.
