The 3 BHK configuration from Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper offea 1200 sq.ft built-up area, which is ample. I was able to get it for around 30 Lakh, which is a good deal considering the location and immediate availability as it's ready to move. The proximity to schools like Lotus Lap Public Schools Dilsuknagar is also a plus if I ever need it. My only minor gripe is that the surrounding area can get quite busy with traffic, especially during peak hou, but that's typical for a well-connected area like Dilsukh Nagar.
