After retirement, we wanted a peaceful place with good amenities. DTC Palm Grove offea Reflexology Park and a Reading Lounge, which are perfect for my leisure time. The 3 BHK villas are a comfortable size, starting from 1485 square feet. The project is in Basina, a developing area of Kolkata, and the price is reasonable, around 1 Crore onwards. The earthquake-resistant structure provides good peace of mind. However, the access road to the project could be better; it feels a bit secluded currently. We hope the infrastructure around the New Mans Park Colony improves in the coming yeaThe developer, DTC Group, seems to be putting in good effort with landscaping.

We are looking for a spacious villa and DTC Palm Grove seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK villas are between 1485 and 1636 square feet, which is quite good. The price point starting from 1 Crore onwards is also within our budget. We liked the idea of having a private lawn with the villa. The project is under construction, with completion expected by December 2028. The earthquake-resistant structure is a plus. However, the location in Basina, although developing, is a bit far from the main city center. Getting to work might take some time depending on traffic on Diamond Harbour Road. We are still considering if the commute is manageable for our daily needs.
