The project being ready to move in was a big factor, and it was completed back in November 2011. The location in Haralur is quiet, and we love the landscaping and the 70% open space for greenery, making it feel very refreshing. The gymnasium and jogging track are great for our fitness routine. While the price range goes up to 2.06 Crore, we managed to find a unit that fit our budget. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the water pressure can drop slightly during peak usage times, but the 24x7 water supply is generally reliable. Overall, we are happy with this move.
