Motherhood Hospital - Sarjapur is practically next door, which gives me peace of mind. The project by DSR Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Is ready to move, so I could settle in right after purchase. They have decent amenities like a swimming pool and power backup, which is essential. The landscaping is also pleasant. My only small issue is that the parking can feel a little cramped sometimes, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, it’s a good place for a single peon needing easy access to essentials.
