The price of 46.56 Lakh was at the higher end of my budget, but the spaciousness and the amenities like the swimming pool and power backup were appealing. DS-MAX Properties Private Limited seems to have a decent track record. The proximity to Kogilu Main Road is convenient. However, the lack of readily available bank approvals mentioned for this project is a slight worry for future financing. The project was completed in 2013, so it's a ready-to-move-in property.
