After retirement, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, and DS Synergy seemed like a good option. I bought a 2 BHK flat in North Bangalore. The size was around 1000 sq.ft. The price was about 75 Lakhs. DS-MAX Properties Private Limited has provided good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. I particularly appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, which adds to the serene environment. The only minor issue is the partial power backup; during long outages, it can be a bit inconvenient. The Theme Park is a nice place to spend time.
