Our 3 BHK flat is spacious, with a built-up area of 1270 sq.ft, and there's a children's play area which my kids love. The community feels safe with 24x7 security. The swimming pool is a big hit during weekends. Being close to Sarjapur Road, nearby, makes school runs easier. However, finding parking space can be a bit of a challenge during evenings when more residents are back home. Also, the area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing development nearby. Overall, it's a practical choice for families like ou, despite these minor issues.

The lack of readily available OC is a slight concern for future resale value, though the building itself is from 2012. It's a decent project for consistent rental income.
