This is my fit flat purchase, and I went with DS Sonata. I booked a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of about 1050 square feet. The price was in the mid-range, around 55 Lakh. I liked that it is ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait. The develope, DS-MAX Properties Private Limited, have also put in a children's play area and a swimming pool, which are great amenities to have. The hospital and school being so close is also a big advantage. I felt the construction quality looked good when I visited the site last month.

The price was about 60 Lakh, which was a stretch but manageable. Being ready to move was a huge plus. The Gymnasium and Party Hall are amenities we can definitely use. While the project has good amenities like a swimming pool, the car parking space felt a bit limited, especially if you have guests. The nearby Nagasandra Metro station is nearby, which is accessible but not walkable.
