The project by DS-MAX Properties Private Limited is ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. I chose a 2 BHK flat, measuring 943 square feet. The Vastu compliant design and the meditation zone were appealing factofor me. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice natural touch. While the location in Kalkere is developing, the distance to Indiranagar Metro at nearby felt a bit far for my liking for regular commutes. However, the quietness within the community and the presence of a jogging track and reflexology park compensate for that. The price was within my budget, around 57 Lakhs. The overall ambiance is quite serene.

The 4 BHK configuration offe1709 square feet, which provides plenty of room for the kids to play and for us to have our own space. It's reassuring that ORCHIDS The International School is only nearby, and Trust-In Hospital is close to the location. The project is developed by DS-MAX Properties Private Limited and is ready to move. We liked the kids play area and the toddler pool, which are perfect for our children. The price point is also reasonable, with the larger flats going up to 1.08 Crore. The only downside we noticed was the dust from ongoing construction in the immediate vicinity, but we were told that should settle down soon.

My only slight worry is the traffic getting out of Kalkere during peak hou, it can get quite congested. But overall, the amenities and the ready-to-move status made us decide to book it.
