I'm buying a 3 BHK flat in DS Sky Samurai for my parents back in Bengaluru. They wanted a comfortable place in a developing area, and Bangalore East, specifically Kacharakanahalli, fit the bill. The built-up area for the 3 BHKs ranges from 1239 Sq.ft to 1652 Sq.ft, which should be spacious enough for them. The project by DS-MAX Properties Private Limited has some good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The price for a 3 BHK can go up to 1.06 Crore, which is substantial but seems justified for the size and location. My father did mention the traffic on the main roads can be quite heavy during peak hou, but they are used to it. The completion date is December 2028, so they have some time.

As a retired professional, I was looking for a peaceful place to settle down, and DS Sky Samurai seemed promising. I chose a 2 BHK with a built-up area of about 1050 Sq.ft. The project by DS-MAX Properties Private Limited offea gymnasium and a gazebo, which are appealing for a relaxed lifestyle. The price was in the mid-range, around 70 Lakh. The surrounding area of Kacharakanahalli is quiet, which is what I wanted. However, the OC received status is not available yet, and the completion is set for December 2028, which feels a bit far off. I also noticed the parking area seems a little compact in the plans, which might be an issue if we have visitowith cafrequently. Still, the landscaping and tree planting sounds lovely.

The price point around 70-80 Lakh felt reasonable for the amenities offered. DS-MAX Properties Private Limited is promising a luxurious pool and a sauna bath, which are nice touches for relaxation after a busy day. Being a business owner, I appreciate the focus on quality with Premium RCC Structure and Vitrified Flooring mentioned. The location in Kacharakanahalli is developing, and it's relatively close to International Tech Park, which is a plus. However, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome at times, and the distance to the Whitefield (Kadugodi) Metro Station at nearby means I'll likely rely on my car.

The proximity to International Tech Park is also a bonus, even though my work is in healthcare. The completion date of December 2028 is acceptable. My main reservation is the nearby distance to HopeFarm Metro; I was hoping for better public transport links closer to the project site for easier city navigation, especially during my initial settling-in period. The Fire Fighting System is a good safety feature though.

I was drawn to the idea of having a skating rink and a reflexology park within the complex, which sounds great for unwinding. The price was around 65 Lakh, which was within my budget. I'm hoping the 24/7 gated security with CCTV will make me feel safe. The location in Bangalore East is a bit far from my office in the central business district, but the developer, DS-MAX Properties Private Limited, has assured good connectivity is planned. My main worry is the commute; it takes a short distance reach Sri Sharada Vidyalaya which is nearby, and that's without considering peak hour traffic. Overall, it seems like a decent deal for a fit-time home buyer.
