They are happy with the spaciousness, our unit is 1136 square feet. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good facilities for senioMy father mentioned the piped gas connection is a definite plus. The price point was within our budget, around 45 Lakhs. My only concern was not getting the OC details upfront, but the developer assured us it's in process. Overall, it seems like a decent place for them.
