The flat is 754 square feet built up, a good size for me. The price was around 40.47 Lakh. What really appealed to me was the location being close to Podar International School and also Bharati Hospital, both important amenities. It's ready to move, which was a priority. The only slight downside is the parking space, it feels a bit cramped. However, D S Dhone has provided a decent living space in a growing area. I am looking forward to settling in.
