It's currently under construction and expected to be ready by January 2028. The developer is providing essential amenities like sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting. It is important for us to have these facilities. The nearest bus stop is Keesara Bus Stop, nearby. While the location is developing, the travel time to key areas can be a bit long. However, for the price we are paying, it feels like a fair deal for a long-term plan. My family is excited about building our own house here someday.
