We were looking for something spacious and affordable near the city. Dream World City by Jain Group seemed like a good option. We got a 2 BHK which is 750 sq.ft built up, fits our needs perfectly. The price range was also within our budget, around 30 Lakhs. The location in Pailan is quite good, very close to National Highway 117 which is helpful for my commute. They have a lot of amenities like a swimming pool and gym which we plan to use. The mini theatre sounds fun too. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon Nepalgunge Road, but it’s manageable.

I chose this location because it is close to National Highway 117. The complex has a lot of facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and spa, which is nice. There's also 24/7 security which makes me feel safe. The only thing is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing work can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully, that will settle down. The table tennis room is a fun addition.

The apartment size is around 950 sq.ft which gives everyone enough space. We liked the idea of the cricket pitch and volleyball court for the children. The Jain Group has also included a kid's pool which is a big hit. The apartment cost around 40 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the space and amenities. The 24/7 security with CCTV is also a big relief for us parents. Overall, it’s a good family environment.
