The area is developing, and it's nice that it is ready to move. Dream Home Construction has provided essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are crucial for a family. The Rajarhat Main Road access is decent. However, the roads around Chinar Park can get quite congested during peak hou, which is a minor issue. Still, the school proximity makes it worthwhile.
