This is my fit property purchase, and I selected Dream Sahitya in Vadodara. The location on Vasna Road is very appealing because of its closeness to St. Kabir School and HCG Cancer Hospital, both practically next door. Having the Central Bus Stand Vadodara also nearby is quite convenient for travel. The project is ready to move, so I could shift in immediately after the paperwork. The developer, Dream Projects, has delivered a decent product. The flat is comfortable for a single peon like me. I am still learning about property management, but so far, everything seems straightforward.

My commute is manageable, and the Central Bus Stand Vadodara is also not too far. Dream Projects has built this residential complex, and it feels safe. My main concern is the traffic on Vasna Road during peak hou; it can be quite intense. Also, finding parking for visitocan sometimes be a challenge. The apartment is a good size for me, but I do wish there were more modern amenities available. Overall, it’s a decent place to live.
