Moving from our rental flat, we wanted something permanent and spacious. Dream Plots offered residential plots in Chennai North, and we chose a 1200 Sq.ft one. The price was around 29.28 Lakh, which felt a bit high for the area but the plot size made up for it. Being a ready to move project was a major factor. The location near Narayana e-Techno School and RelaMS Hospital, both a short distance, is very convenient for our kids. We are hoping the development around GNT Road continues to grow. The Party Hall amenity is a nice touch for family gatherings. The construction quality of the boundary walls and internal roads looks good so far.
