The price was around 41 Lakh, which fit our savings. Being ready to move was a huge factor since we didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting for construction. The location in Besa is quite good, and we like the idea of having a lift and 24x7 water supply. The entrance lobby looks modern too. The only slight drawback is the nearby distance to the Airport Metro Station, making daily commutes via metro a bit of a trek, requiring a taxi or auto. But overall, for the price and location, it seems like a good deal.
