I purchased a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of about 1000 square feet for them. The ready-to-move status was a big plus, allowing them to settle in quickly. The nearby Shree Giriraj Hospital, nearby, provides great comfort knowing they have immediate access to healthcare. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential amenities that ensure their daily comfort. The location is accessible and the project seems well-maintained.

We decided to upgrade from our rented place and chose a 3 BHK in Dream Manorath. The carpet area is around 750 square feet, which is a good step up for us. Being located on Kalavad Road, Nana Mava, opposite Gandhi School, the address is respectable. Dream House Developeprovided decent amenities like power backup and fire sprinkle, which are good additions. However, the road leading to the project could be better; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which can be slightly inconvenient, especially with traffic. Despite this, the proximity to the Bigbajar Bus Stop (4 mins) is useful. It’s a ready-to-move-in property, which we appreciated.

Moving into Dream Manorath was a good decision for our children. Having Tapovan School literally across the road is fantastic, no more early morning rushes. Shree Giriraj Hospital is also right there, which is a relief knowing medical help is so close. We chose a 3 BHK with a carpet area of about 616 square feet, which is cozy for us. The construction by Dream House Developelooks sturdy. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but hopefully that will settle down soon.
