We were renting and decided to upgrade to our own place. We chose Dream Home Delight for our 3 BHK apartment, which is 1500 Sq.ft. It cost us 49 Lakhs. The location in Bangalore West, Kengeri is great because Carmel Public School is just 160m away, and the Mysore Road Metro Station is very close. Dream Home BuildeAnd Developehas equipped the project with a Gymnasium and a Community Hall, which are useful for us. The flat feels spacious and the natural light is good. The parking space is adequate for our one car, but could be tighter for larger families. The project was ready to move in since December 2012.

The amenities like the Yoga/Meditation Area and the Health Facilities are perfect for my current lifestyle. Being ready to move in was a big advantage as I didn't want to wait. The project is Vastu Compliant, which my family appreciates. It's located in Kengeri, Bangalore West, with Kengeri Metro Station nearby. However, the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome sometimes.

Dream Home BuildeAnd Developebuilt this project, and it's located on Mysore Road, Kengeri. It is close to Carmel Public School, which is good for any visitowith children. The price point was acceptable, falling between 40 to 45 Lakhs. My parents can easily access the Jogging Track and the Gymnasium. They mentioned the Vastu compliant design was a plus. The main concern is the traffic on Mysore Road during peak hou, it can get quite heavy.

The location in Kengeri, Bangalore West is quite convenient, especially with the Mysore Road Metro Station nearby. This makes commuting so much easier. The price was within our budget, around 35 Lakhs. We liked the children's play area and the landscaping. The construction was completed in December 2012, so it is ready to move in, which was important for us. Overall, the experience has been positive so far. We are still waiting for the OC though.

The developer, Dream Home BuildeAnd Develope, has provided good amenities like a Theme Park and Landscaping, which will be nice for weekend relaxation. The only slight issue is that the surrounding area can be a bit noisy during certain times of the day due to its main road location.
