    I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Dream Harmony Park by Dream Home Constructions. The carpet area is about 460 square feet, and the price was around 58 Lakh. For my business needs, accessibility is key, and this project’s location in Ravet, near the Mumbai Pune Expressway, is excellent. The project is currently under construction and expected to be ready by October 2025. I appreciate the inclusion of a Sewage Treatment Plant and fire sprinkle, showing good planning. While the project looks good, the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity is a bit noticeable when you visit the site. It's a trade-off for being in a developing area. The gated community aspect is also a strong point for security.

The gated community aspect and the 24x7 security are major factofor us with young children. The nearby Ratnaroop Ayurved Hospital is also a convenience. While the location in Ravet is good, the actual access road can be a little narrow for about 200 mete, which can be a minor hassle during peak times. The water conservation and rain water harvesting features are environmentally responsible.
