    We chose Dream Flower Claire because of its proximity to Sacred Heart CMI Public School, which is nearby. Having a hospital like VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL also nearby at the same distance gives us peace of mind. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, with a built-up area of 2148 square feet. We appreciated that the project was completed back in 2012, and it is ready to move into. The amenities like power backup and intercom are useful for a family. The only drawback is the parking space, which can feel a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles. The location near Thevara Ferry Road is convenient for commuting.
