Construction is under progress and expected to finish by June 2026. My only worry is the internal roads. I hope they are wide enough and well-maintained. Also, since it's under construction, there's dust around the site which can be a bit annoying when I visit.

The only downside I've noticed is the parking situation on the main access road, it can get quite congested during peak houwhen I visit the site.
