The power backup is great because we both work from home sometimes and can't afford interruptions. It's nice that CS Academy is so close, although we don't have kids yet, it's good to know it’s there. The main issue we're facing is the traffic during peak houwhen trying to get onto the main road from Kalampalayam. It can get quite congested. We also found the room sizes to be a bit smaller than we initially expected, but the overall layout is functional. The 24X7 water supply is definitely a relief.
