It feels spacious enough for us right now. The location near Dnyaneshwar Nagar and Pathardi Phata is convenient. It's about a 3-minute drive to St Francis High School, which is good to know for the future. One thing that could be better is the traffic around Pathardi Phata during peak hou; it gets quite congested. Also, the dust from nearby construction was noticeable when we visited. Apart from that, the basic amenities like electrical meter rooms are there. The developer is Manishaben Hiteshbhai Narodiya.
