The main reason we chose this project was its proximity to Maharishi Vidya Mandir, which is literally nearby, making school runs incredibly easy. We purchased a larger 3 BHK apartment, with a carpet area up to 1845 Sq.ft, so the kids have plenty of space to play. The developer, DRA Group, has provided good amenities like the kid's pool and a cricket nets area for recreation. The 24X7 water supply is also a significant benefit for a family. The only slight issue is traffic on GST Road during peak hou, but it's manageable.
