My father liked the idea of the gymnasium and the landscaping. It's good that they have a constant water pressure system, as that can be an issue in Chennai. The completion date is November 2031, which gives DRA Homes enough time to finish it properly. The price point for these larger apartments is around 2.26 Crore to 2.64 Crore. I am hoping the construction quality will be good, as we are buying this for my parents to live in.
