    I recently moved into DR Destination Ankur D Building and it's been a good experience so far. I bought a 1 BHK which has a carpet area of about 519 Sq.ft, which is quite decent for one peon. The location on Alandi Road is accessible, with the Pune-Nashik National highway not too far away. Commuting to work is manageable. The gated community aspect gives a sense of security. One thing I've noticed is that the street lighting could be a bit better in some common areas. Also, during peak hou, the traffic on Alandi Road can get a little heavy. Overall, the price point was within my budget at around 29.5 Lakhs, and for a ready-to-move property, it felt like a reasonable deal. D. R. Gavhane Destinations seems to have provided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply which is crucial.

The location in Charholi Budruk is developing, and it's good that there's a school and hospital very close by, practically nearby. My main concern is the parking situation. The open parking is available, but it can feel a bit cramped if you have guests visiting with caAlso, the road leading to the project can be dusty sometimes because of ongoing construction in the vicinity. However, for a fit-time buyer, the overall package seemed acceptable.
