I needed something close to work and DP VR Garden in West Tambaram worked out. The plot sizes are decent, I got a 950 sq.ft one for around 60 Lakh. It's ready to move which was a big plus for me. Proximity to GST Road is good for my commute. However, the internal roads are still dusty and not fully paved, which is a bit annoying when you visit the site. I am hoping DP Housing And Property will fix this soon. The area is developing nicely though, with a school and hospital really close by. Just need to manage the dust for now.

It makes me a little uneasy about the future development and legalities. I wish they were more transparent about that aspect.
