We purchased a 3 BHK here in Doshi Symphony. The price point was a bit higher than some other options in Madipakkam, but the built-up area is substantial at 1278 square feet, which felt like good value. Being ready to move in was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location is decent, very close to D. A. V. Public School, which is convenient for families. However, the access road to the project is quite narrow, and traffic can be a real issue during peak hou, especially being on Velachery Tambaram Road. We are still evaluating the actual returns on investment.

The proximity to Velachery Tambaram Road is good for connectivity, but it also means dealing with significant traffic noise and congestion. While the amenities like a gymnasium and club house are present, the lack of a readily available OC certificate is a minor concern for future resale value. It's a decent option for rental income.

The proximity to Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital, practically zero kilometeaway, gave us peace of mind. We also liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a clubhouse within the community. The construction was completed back in June 2010, so it’s an older building, but it felt well-maintained. The only slight concern is the parking; it can get a bit congested if you have guests. Overall, it’s a good place for us right now.

The security system is also quite robust with 24x7 guards and intercom. It's nice that Doshi Housing included a community hall for gatherings. The price range of 39.15 Lakh to 74.12 Lakh seemed reasonable at the time of purchase. My only minor gripe is that the recreation facilities are not as extensive as in newer projects. Still, it offea peaceful environment.
